DWL 66+ from HEIDELBERG Instruments… PUSHING THE LIMITS WITH THE WRITE MODE XR and A CHOICE OF GRAYSCALE CAPABILITIES

This is one of the six write modes that are available for the DWL 66+. The optimized optics and electronics setup of
the Write Mode XR provide ultimate stability and resolution and enable exposures of structures with a minimum feature size of 200 nm.

The advanced and professional grayscale mode present powerful tools for the creation of complex topographies. Allows the exposure of CAD files with up to 65 536 gray levels in order to create complex topographies for applications such as microoptics.

New ALD System in glovebox now operational at STnano facility. IPCMS, Institut de physique et chimie des Matériaux de Strasbourg.

We are excited to announce that STnano new Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) system from OkyayTech, integrated within a glovebox, is now fully installed and operational.
